Who will coach me?
You’ll be matched with a certified coach with profound leadership experience.
Why is it 4 months of coaching?
Growth doesn’t happen over night. Our capacity to learn differs with everyone but what we found is 4 months is typical timeframe to develop, plan, and exercise for new skills to take shape. Certainly, this can take even longer for others, and we offer month-to-month services as well.
Specifically, what tools are included?
We walk our clients through the plethora of online and AI tools designed for career branding, mapping and skills gap analysis. We layer that with our own data insights and customized research to guide your personal development plan. We are licensed partners of the follow tools which are include in this program: a strengths-based test, we typically suggest Gallup or High5 depending on the client, then Everything DiSC Catalyst, which is an industry leading workplace learning platform, and finishing off with Positive Intelligence.
Can I purchase these service separately?
Absolutely.
What would that cost over time?
The Discover or growth plan saves over $1,700 vs taking a modular approach. If you want to “stretch” the plan out beyond 4 months, or have schedule conflicts, we can adjust timescales as long as our coaches have the availability as well.
What is an accountability partner?
We understand growth can be challenging, and as humans, it’s natural to get sidetracked or disrupted. Your coach will help keep you accountable and aligned to your plan. You can expect off line or asynchronous communications to keep pulse in-between meetings or assignments that help you stay focused.

Once you purchase, you’ll receive emails to confirm your purchase and details for completing the registration so we can onboard you. You’ll then get an email with a link to schedule a call.
