Who will coach me?
You’ll be matched with a certified executive coach with profound leadership experience.
Why is it 6 months of coaching?
Whether choosing the Leadership or Entrepreneur track, we have found that to acquire these abilities and knowledge evolves over time. Our clients are typically either in full-time leadership roles or at the cusp of founding a new business. As such, we’ve designed both programs to be flexible and phased at the same time.
What is the visioning and goals bootcamp?
This is a series of 1-2 virtual sessions designed to exact your personal career intentions going forward. These are thought provoking and challenging. The goal of this bootcamp is to envision your next path, your why, and milestones you need to achieve that outcome. Whether you’re in the midst of a successful career and considering starting your own venture, looking to retire and form an exit strategy, or wanting to enhance your executive presence, we are here to help navigate you towards that north star.
What is the effective leadership workshop?
This can be a solo or a group event. We start with a designed alliance around the leadership qualities you want to develop. The intention of this workshop is to identify your leadership strengths and gaps. We look at potential blindspots or areas ripe for growth, and offer real case studies to help educate and challenge your thinking. We personalize our research with case work from leading institutions that include HBR, SHRM, MIT Sloan, and others that closely relate to your experience or propose scenarios. We further include evidence-based, research driven tools like DiSC, Gallup, and PQ that have proven to be effective in refining leadership soft skills. In the end, you walk away with a toolbox to be a more effective leader and apply your learning into the real world.
Can I purchase these service separately?
Yes. We can also custom create an offering for you or suggest one of our monthly packages to kickoff a designed alliance that is right for you.
What if I want a group training so my team can learn together or setup custom workshop or learning program?
Absolutely. All our tools are online and designed for group learning. Studies have shown learning occurs best in the dynamics of a group or team to share ideas and encouragement. Contact us to discuss how we can address your team or organizational needs and design a group package.
