I’m extremely excited to share our WOKEN® partnership and bring to you a comprehensive service that caters to your particular job interests. In this 4-week course, I’ll be your coach and offer WOKEN®, the first candidate-focus career exploration and job search platform, to develop a personalized plan as you transition or advance your career.
This 4-week immersive program is designed to be informative, but thought provoking and creative as well.
During my 25 years of corporate leadership, I’ve hired close to 1000 employees, involved in 100’s of panels, and designed hiring programs. Additionally, I’ve pivoted my career twice, overcame adversity, and eventually became an entrepreneur.
I now help businesses build sustainable organizations. In creating this program, I bring those insights to you.
As your coach, my goal is to jumpstart your career transition and prepare your journey with proven practices.

Audience
I’m looking for corporate professionals who are displaced or desire a change. Those who are considering or already in transition and need help marketing themselves and optimizing their job search. This program is designed to help you update your brand, polish your interview skills, and find the right job.
Process
This process is simple. Select this program and complete the checkout. You’ll receive an email with instructions and links to create your WOKEN account and schedule your first session.
Additional Participants
If prefer to form a private group or know of others who you feel comfortable joining you, please sign up separately then let us know during the registration or by email. Additionally, we may form an open group at any time and extend a confidential invite to our existing clients.
4 week curriculum
This 4 week program includes professional coaching, access to all WOKEN® modules, and supplemental tools.
- A personalized approach to validating your career path and aspirations
- Create a career strategy that leverages your unique strengths and interests
- Feedback with a coach with extensive experience on both sides of the hiring process
- Support to kickstart your journey and gain momentum
- Be invited to any group sessions, if available
Prior to our first session, you’ll be provided access to WOKEN to complete the onboarding assessment that we review together in our first session. This will help identify your career aspirations and target your ideal industries and roles.
During the first week, you’ll explore industries, roles, and other attributes that will lead you into action planning. Also, you’ll discover new techniques to expand your network and leverage connections.
The goal is this first week will be to create a narrative on what your career intentions will be and developing a strategy to land the right role that best fits that.
We will meet twice the first week. Also, be prepared to invest a minimum of 2 hours on your own.

Weeks 2 & 3 is about navigation. What’s important in your job search? How to be best prepared for interviews.
This includes reviewing your resume and LinkedIn profile, and matching your skillset to keywords in Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
You’ll hone in on your pitch and have practice interviews with me.
The goal at this stage is having a compass and charting the course that will ultimately have you best situated through the hiring process.
You’ll practice the art of negotiating your compensation package. We’ll overview topics that include total comp, equity, bonus, title, and relocation as they apply.
